If you are just starting out or haven't played for years, you can look forward to experiencing self-expression and musical fulfillment from our very first lesson.
If you are learning the piano or keyboard as a second or auxiliary instrument, I'll be sure to teach to and honor the musician that you already are, while effectively addressing the skills you need as a beginning pianist.
If you've reached a plateau in your playing and feel like you can go no farther, or have just gone numb to the joy of playing, then together we'll clear the way so you can find yourself and your muse again.
I was six years old when I first began to take piano lessons. I've experienced being a piano player from many angles, including quitting and thinking I could never learn to play the thing.
I've had many teachers, from the old lady down the street to University Professors. They all had something magical to contribute to me. As a result, I have a wealth of approaches, techniques, teaching styles and musical heritages to draw upon. It's my privilege to be able to pass these on to my students.
